Only bookings that are made with booking agents The OzAccom Group are eligible for the discounted conference rates. A wide variety of accommodation is available – ranging from 4.5-star luxury hotel to budget 3-star self-contained villa accommodation. All hotels are located within walking distance of the Crowne Plaza Hotel (the conference venue) - refer diagram.

1. The OzAccom Group will take and manage your accommodation booking for Alice Springs.  All queries regarding accommodation should be directed to them in the first instance.

2. Credit card details will be required by The OzAccom Group at the time of booking to secure your reservation.  No monies will be debited from your credit card by The OzAccom Group as your card details will simply be onforwarded to the hotel as security for your booking.  It will be the hotel's discretion whether to charge your card a deposit for the booking prior to your arrival.  You will then need to settle your entire account with the hotel at check-out.

3. Please contact The OzAccom Group if you wish to pre-pay your accommodation in advance.

4. The OzAccom Group will email you a Booking Confirmation outlining your reservation details, including check in/out times, policy regarding changes & cancellation, fees, etc.
   If you don't receive your Booking Confirmation within 5 days of booking, you should contact The OzAccom Group to find out why.

5. Booking Deadline: 12 August 2008   Bookings made after this date will be subject to availability.
