Registration Table

The TriState Registration Table will be open from 11.30am - 1.00pm on Friday 12 September (located at the Crowne Plaza Hotel) for collection of your name badge and other registration materials.

All fees include GST

Discounted Early Bird Rate - For this discounted rate to apply, both registration and payment must be received by the conference organisers on or before 30 June 2008.

Registration Terms & Conditions | Cancellations & Changes

• Cancellations or changes must be made in writing to the conference organisers and are not valid unless an Acknowledgement of Receipt has been issued by the conference organisers

• There will be no refund or credit issued for registration &/or additional ticket cancellations received on or after 1 September 2008

• Name changes can be made until 1 September 2008

• "No Shows" are still fully liable for all payment as invoiced unless notice of cancellation has been received and acknowledged by the conference organisers
